Privacy

ECAhub lists opportunities for students in Bangladesh. This page explains what we collect and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.

If you just browse

You don't need an account. We count visits with Umami, which we host ourselves. It uses no cookies and doesn't track you across sites. We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or ad trackers.

If you sign in

We store your email address (or the name and email from Google), the listings you save, and your reminder settings. If you connect Telegram, we store your Telegram chat id so our bot can message you. We use this only to send the reminders and updates you asked for.

If you submit an opportunity

We store what you submit and your contact email. The email is never shown on the site. We use it to tell you when your listing is live or to ask about it.

If you report a listing

We store the reason and a one-way hash of your account id or IP address, never the raw IP.

Who else sees data

Our database and sign-in run on Supabase. Emails are sent through Brevo. Telegram messages go through Telegram. Listing text may be processed by an AI model to structure it; your personal data is not sent to it. We don't sell data.

Your choices

Every reminder email has an unsubscribe link. You can change reminder settings or delete your account at any time from Settings; deleting removes your profile, saves and reminder history.
